You will play a critical role in providing timely parts solutions for our customers and supporting our technicians and sales teams. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with heavy equipment.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer parts inquiries.
• Assist customers in identifying correct parts for equipment.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to support jobs.
• Manage parts orders and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and parts systems.
