Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an Inside Parts Sales III for our Fort Wayne, IN location. The role focuses on high-touch customer service, complex account management, and aggressive growth of the parts business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Shift: Tue–Fri 10:00am–7:00pm and Saturday 7:00am–3:30pm, with a 15% shift premium for designated hours. Prior parts/sales experience and strong communication are essential. We value reliability and a pioneering, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years parts, sales, or service experience.
• Proficiency with company systems, procedures, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex key accounts, maintaining maximum customer satisfaction through expert technical knowledge and high-touch communication.
• Proactively research market opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, and grow the existing customer base to expand market share.
• Identify gaps in current inventory and suggest new OEM/aftermarket products or services to management to enhance the parts department's offerings.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists on catalog research, upselling strategies, and systems training.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to support operations and customer service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.

Your Next Big Career Move: Inside Parts Sales III located in Fort Wayne, IN

Shift: Tuesday - Friday from 10:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am - 3:30pm

Shift Premium:

Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Full Account & Sales Mastery: Manage complex key accounts, maintaining maximum customer satisfaction through expert technical knowledge and high-touch communication.
• Account Conquest & Growth: Proactively research market opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, and grow the existing customer base to expand market share.
• Product Expansion & Feedback: Identify gaps in current inventory and suggest new OEM/aftermarket products or services to management to enhance the parts department's offerings.
• Peer Mentorship & Training: Assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists on catalog research, upselling strategies, and systems training.
• Process Improvement Support: Collaborate with warehouse and delivery
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) years parts, sales, or service experience desired
• Proficiency of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
