Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Communication, Business, or Human Ecology/Food and Nutrition.
• Must be willing to relocate to Columbus, OH for the role.
• Willing to relocate to cities throughout the country to obtain a U.S. Field Sales force position.
• Demonstrate effective selling skills.
• Have a knowledge and passion of Abbott Nutrition products.
• Proficiency in computer skills and use of marketing databases.
• Results-Oriented / Will to win.
• Adaptability and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Sell Therapeutic Nutrition products: Ensure®, Glucerna®, and Juven®.
• Develop effective selling skills by way of phone selling to field customer account locations.
• Will have assigned field territories, including coverage of active vacant field territories.
• Receive coaching feedback regarding effective professionalism and call quality to enhance selling skills.
• Will have monthly budgetary responsibilities for the respective territory.
• Assignment activities will include Field Sales force training, marketing promotions, and product extension program training.
• Receive mentorship from internal and field members for continued skill development.
• Participate in field events such as sales leadership meetings and program conventions.
• This role will be located at our Nutrition corporate office in Columbus, OH. We are open to candidates that currently live and can commute to the office. Or candidates willing to relocate to the area for their time in the role.
• The representative must be willing to relocate to cities throughout the country to obtain a U.S. Field Sales force position.
