Achieve is seeking an Inside Sales- Personal Loan Consultant in the Phoenix metro area. This hybrid role requires living in Arizona with training in Tempe, then transitioning to hybrid work. Start date: October 12th, 2026. Total compensation: $70,000–$75,000+ yearly including base, uncapped commissions, and incentives.

You will educate and guide customers through loan applications, manage a robust pipeline, and target revenue goals while working with warm leads.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales or similar fast-paced call center experience.
• Motivated by commission with a track record of high earnings.
• Want to learn, take feedback, and improve your sales pitch.
• Quickly learn CRM tools like Salesforce while staying energetic.
• Willing to come into the Tempe office for training.

Responsibilities

• Educate and influence prospects through the loan application process.
• Manage a pipeline of active transactions and move applications through underwriting.
• Contact warm leads by phone and email to identify needs and solutions.
• Meet daily goals and work toward weekly and monthly targets.
