Scott Electric Company is seeking an Inside Industrial Sales professional for our Winfield, WV branch (Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm). You will be the primary contact for customers seeking generators and related equipment, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and technical guidance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication, CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely project execution and customer

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• 2-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to understand basic technical information and electrical terminology.

• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries regarding generators and related equipment.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders based on customer specs.
• Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and technical guidance.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and service departments for project support.

• Support outside sales with documentation and scheduling.
• Assist with warranty registration and product documentation.
• Track inventory and stock for quick-turn orders.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and industrial clients.
• Distribute product literature and updated pricing sheets for marketing.
