Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, and recommending appropriate products. They will accurately process orders, quotes, and sales transactions, while managing inventory, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. The role involves resolving customer concerns, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
