Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Clackamas, OR is seeking an Inside Counter Sales associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive solutions for pro customers and DIY shoppers. You will help clients select products, provide pricing information, and guide them through orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months of sales, retail, customer service, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to in-store customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Actively promote and sell company products and services, and prepare estimates for smaller projects.
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems and coordinate deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, organized yard and store environment.
