Job summary

Stevens Transport INC. is seeking an Inside CDL Driver Recruiter to manage the recruitment of qualified CDL drivers from an office or remote location. You will source, screen, interview, and hire drivers to support safety and compliance in a fast-paced transportation environment.

The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, extensive phone outreach, and collaboration with hiring managers. This position offers hourly pay plus a bonus structure and a Monday–Friday schedule in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software is required.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of CDL requirements and FMCSA regulations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source and outreach to CDL driver candidates via ATS, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and compliance.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate documentation and data accuracy.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports.
• Build relationships with drivers and attend industry events.
