Ryan Specialty is seeking an experienced Inside Broker to join our ProExec team, collaborating with specialized brokers on Professional and Executive Liability risks. You will develop placement strategies, negotiate coverage, and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated client needs.

Competenze

• Experience in ProExec Liability insurance.
• Deep technical expertise in at least one specialty.
• Specialty underwriting or wholesale brokerage experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of coverage, exposures, appetite, and placement strategy.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, underwriters, and market partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• High initiative, responsiveness, organization, and follow-through.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Commercial mindset with interest in developing relationships and growth.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.
• Licensing appropriate or ability to obtain licenses.
• Candidates with broker relationships or niche expertise may be considered above the posted range.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute placement strategies for Professional and Executive Liability.
• Partner with retail brokers to understand client exposures and placement objectives.
• Review submissions to identify exposures and market opportunities.
• Market accounts to carrier partners and negotiate terms, pricing, and capacity.
• Analyze quotes and communicate recommendations to retail brokers.
• Serve as a technical resource within the specialty area.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, underwriters, and market partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen retail relationships and grow business.
• Collaborate on complex placements and business development opportunities.

• Provide responsive service throughout the placement process.
