Ryan Specialty, LLC, a leading wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products and services, is seeking a Broker Assistant to support a Professional & Executive Liability brokerage team in an in-office role, with offices in NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, or San Francisco.

You will assist with policy administration, endorsements, quoting, binder issuance, and account documentation, while working closely with brokers, carrier partners, and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day servicing and administration of Professional & Executive Liability accounts.
• Assist brokers with quoting, quote issuance, binder preparation, policy processing, endorsements, and account documentation.
• Review policies, endorsements, binders, and related insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare renewal marketing materials, submissions, cover letters, and other brokerage documentation.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and transaction information in agency management and document management systems.
• Organize and maintain account files, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers, underwriters, carrier partners, clients, and internal stakeholders professionally and timely.
• Assist with renewal activities, policy servicing, and other account management functions throughout the insurance lifecycle.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to support successful account execution and client service.
• Utilize brokerage technology platforms (AIM, ImageRight, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications.
• Support process improvement initiatives and engage in special projects as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, industry events, and relationship-building activities.
