The Inside Broker partners closely with a Property Broker to support the placement, growth, and management of a middle-market property book of business. Serving as a key liaison between retail agents, carrier partners, and internal teams, this role evaluates risks, markets accounts, negotiates coverage solutions, and helps deliver exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient wholesale insurance professional with strong property expertise, market relationships, and a desire to contribute to a growing, high-performing team.
Location: This role will be an on site position out of our New Orleans, LA office with the ability to go down to hybrid post training based on performance.

The target salary range for this position is $78,750.00 - $90,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full‑time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
