W.S. Darley & Co. in Itasca, IL is seeking an Inside Account Manager to support Outside Sales in processing opportunities through ordering and booking. You will identify new opportunities in assigned territories and build relationships with customers and vendor partners.

Responsibilities include assisting with quotes, order entry, customer service, and CRM management (Salesforce), while coordinating with Purchasing and vendor relations. Travel as needed for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office.
• Knowledge of government contracts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outside Sales Representatives through the order process.
• Identify new opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships.
