Job summary

TW Metals, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to manage assigned accounts and deliver high-quality customer service. You will respond to quotations, maintain customer orders, and support relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure satisfaction.

You will work with the Territory Manager to identify prospects, grow new business, and help achieve budget targets through organized planning and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any specialty preferred.
• No metal industry or sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn Metalware software.
• Good time management and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotations and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Develop supplier and customer relationships to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to grow new accounts and meet budgets.
• Plan and organize workload to maximize productivity.
• Review market data to determine customer needs, volumes, pricing, and discounts.
• Assist in developing sales campaigns with Territory Manager.

Responsibilities:Manages sales activities of assigned accounts by performing the following duties:

• Engages in a high level of customer service thru delivering quotation responses, handling customer discrepancies, receiving and maintaining customer orders while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Develops and sustains effective supplier and customer relationships to assure a competitive position in the marketplace
• Works closely with the Territory Manager to maintain lists of prospects and potentially new accounts to grow new business and achieve established budget targets
• Maximizes productivity by effectively planning, organizing and managing workload
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates
• Communicates with Territory Manager to assist in developing sales campaign to accommodate goals of assigned customers

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in any specialty is preferred
