Westminster Village North is seeking an In-Service/IP Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate training for the senior living community. You will design and deliver targeted in-service programs focusing on resident care, safety, infection control, medication management, and regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with leadership, oversee infection prevention, maintain training records, and mentor staff while supporting NHSN reporting and on-call nursing duties as needed.

Monday through Friday 8:00a-4:30p
Required: current and valid RN or LPN license in the state, at least three years of clinical experience in senior care, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
Preferred: prior experience conducting clinical and other training content.
