Job summary

Nordis Technologies, headquartered in Coral Springs, FL, is seeking a night/3rd shift production associate for full-time work. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 0–1 year of production, print, or mailroom experience preferred.

You will operate inserter equipment, load materials, perform quality checks, and follow safety procedures during production shifts. The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic setup and operation of inserter equipment.
• Load materials and monitor run for jams or misfeeds.
• Perform basic quality checks for folds, inserts, and envelope placement.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Replenish envelopes, inserts, and paper stock during production runs.
• Sort, stage, and prepare completed mail trays or finished output for the next step in production.
• Report machine issues, damaged materials, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean work area and record production counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
