Job summary

Josh’s Frogs is seeking a full-time Insect Order Fulfillment Supervisor in Owosso, MI. You will lead the Owosso Insect Order Fulfillment team, ensure products are in stock, and work to increase gross profit by identifying efficiencies.

The role requires leadership, familiarity with the scientific process and insect breeding, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with pay $17.00–$20.00 per hour and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the scientific process.
• Familiarity with insect breeding and/or feeder insect industry.
• Ability to pass pre-interview assessment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Owosso Insect Order Fulfillment team.
• Ensure quantity and quality of units in stock.
• Identify efficiencies to increase gross profit.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; plan labor and communicate across departments.
