Job summary

Josh’s Frogs is seeking a part-time, temporary Production Worker in our Production Department. You will help create soils, substrates, supplements, and other dry goods, measuring, mixing, and packaging products.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to daily tasks, including respirator fit testing in line with safety rules. 24 hours weekly, starting at $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation and proactive daily task execution.
• Ability to complete respirator fit testing.
• Adherence to the respirator clean-shaven policy and safety rules.
• Production/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure, Mix, and Package Products: follow recipes and procedures.
• Inspect Products for Quality: verify finished goods meet specs.
• Label and Prepare Orders: label, package, and prep for distribution.
• Maintain Documentation: record production data and update SOPs.
• Support FBA Fulfillment: assist with palletizing and labeling shipments.
