Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH is seeking an RN Inpatient Wound and Ostomy Specialist to provide expert wound, ostomy, and continence care within the Patient Care Services team. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to assess needs, develop age-appropriate plans, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality improvement through wound surveillance and protocol development.

Qualifications include BSN, NH RN license, CWOCN preferred, 3–5 years of related nursing

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current NH RN license required.
• CWOCN certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related nursing experience.
• Inpatient wound care experience preferred.
• Completion of a WOCN-accredited program or equivalent experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized wound, ostomy, and continence care with assessment and evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and nursing staff to develop, document individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention, ostomy management, and post-operative care.
• Support quality initiatives through wound surveillance, protocol development, and documentation.
