Virtua Health in South New Jersey seeks an experienced nurse leader to assist the Nurse Director/Manager in coordinating clinical and business activities on the units to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role targets ICU/ Medical-Surgical units, requires 2 years recent clinical/cath lab experience, NJ RN license, and BSN preferred. The shift is 11pm–7:30am, 40 hours weekly, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years recent clinical/cath lab experience required.
• Broad knowledge of nursing practice and ability to apply specific skills in nursing intervention.
• Competency in management and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with overall manager responsibilities for assigned department.
• Assist with coaching and counseling employees to maintain high performance standards.
• Delegates tasks based on patient need and staff qualifications.
• Maintains day to day operations including bed flow, patient rounding, and chart checks.
• Models behaviors to support customer satisfaction.
