Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Director of Therapy Operations in Sherwood, AR to lead PT/OT/SLP services onsite. The role oversees staff, workflow, and outcomes with a focus on quality and patient experience in an acute rehab setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in rehab, with management experience, Arkansas licensure, and a professional/leadership degree. A hospital incentive plan and strong onboarding support are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist (SLP not eligible)
• Arkansas state license or ability to obtain before start
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited therapy program
• Master's or Doctorate in a professional/management area preferred
• Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience, with at least two in management
• Experience leading a large team in acute care, inpatient rehab, SNF, or LTACH

Responsibilities

• Own overall leadership and operational performance of hospital Therapy Operations (PT, OT, SLP)
• Direct and develop the Therapy Manager; PT Lead, OT Lead, and SLP Lead report to the Therapy Manager
• Stabilize a mixed-experience team through coaching, structure, and consistent standards
• Drive patient experience, inter-departmental collaboration, and clinical quality across programs
• Oversee staffing mix and coverage, including core staffing and contract support
• Monitor therapy intensity, productivity, scheduling, documentation quality, and regulatory readiness
• Partner with hospital leadership on operations, census support and incentive-plan performance
• Step into patient care only when necessary to protect access and quality
• Build a culture of accountability, mentorship, and interdisciplinary teamwork
