Next Move Healthcare is seeking a Director of Therapy & Rehabilitation Services to lead rehabilitation operations in Hope, Arkansas. The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with departmental management across inpatient swing-bed and outpatient programs.

Expect to supervise PTs and PTAs, conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes while ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Arkansas PT license active and in good standing.
• 2–5 years of management or supervisory experience in PT/rehab.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Active NPI number must be on file.
• Experience with TruBridge/CPSI EMR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of inpatient swing-bed and outpatient rehab services.
• Direct supervision of PTs and PTAs with ongoing clinical guidance.
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for rehab services.
• Develop and evaluate rehab programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and departmental performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and plans.
• Support staff development through coaching and mentorship.
