Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or therapy.
• Current PT/OT or Speech Therapy license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Three+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Five+ years in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Valid licensure in the state where the facility is located.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, fiscal management and personnel management.
• Direct performance improvement and clinical practices to ensure quality care.
• Plan, organize, develop and direct patient care services per standards and guidelines.
• Develop department goals, policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with administration and medical staff on procedural changes.
