Job summary

Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY seeks an Inpatient Therapist for a full-time daytime role. You will provide group and family therapy to patients with mental health and substance use disorders, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and conduct psychosocial assessments.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed care, confidential treatment, and working within a licensed 110-bed hospital offering inpatient and outpatient services to all ages.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related mental health field is required.
• Certification or licensure in social work or mental health field (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) is required.
• Crisis intervention training is required and offered upon hire.
• CPR is required and offered upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic group and family treatment to patients with mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Coordinate treatment through treatment planning, team process, and utilization/review.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and implement groups to enhance treatment outcomes.
