NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is seeking PRN therapists for Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital, joining a growing clinical team to provide daily individual and group counseling, treatment planning, and care coordination under the Director of Clinical Services. Masters-prepared with trauma-informed focus are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required
• LCSW, LPC, or LMHC provisionally license is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital a plus
• Experience developing and administering treatment plans
• Individual and group counseling techniques
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.
• Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.
