Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking an Inpatient Therapist to join a compassionate, multidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and contribute to discharge planning to support patients in crisis.

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field is required, with at least one year of therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field.
• One or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population.

Responsabilités

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans.
• Provide individual, group or family therapy sessions per treatment plan.
• Maintain a caseload and document therapy services per standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and treatment meetings.
• May provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• May perform case management and discharge planning as needed.
