Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital in Mesa, Arizona is seeking an Inpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based group and individual therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and maintain a clinical caseload within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, at least one year of experience with the target patient population, and licensure eligibility.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field.
• One or more years’ experience working with the target patient population.
• Active state or national licensure eligibility for professional therapy providers.

• Provide evidence-based group therapy and individual sessions.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate services as needed.
