Woodland Springs Behavioral Health in Conroe, TX seeks an inpatient therapist (PRN). You will conduct individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and coordinate with families and the care team to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, a current license, CPR and de-escalation certification, and strong clinical and documentation skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
• Licensed clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions with patients.
• Participates in treatment planning process.
• Provides family counseling to involve relatives and support groups.
• Communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Demonstrates proactive communication with the treatment team and UR on issues.
• Works with interdisciplinary team including physicians and nursing staff.
• Completes all documentation thoroughly, timely, and in accordance with hospital standards.
• Demonstrates crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
