Woodland Springs Behavioral Health in Conroe, TX is seeking a PRN Inpatient Therapist to provide individualized and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and coordinate family involvement. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care and discharge planning.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, an active clinical license, and CPR/De-escalation certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent.
• Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Conducts individual therapy sessions to educate patients on psychological or substance issues.
• Provides group therapy and participates in treatment planning.
• Offers family session counseling to involve relatives and support networks.
• Communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and supports safety during emergencies.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely per hospital standards.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team including physicians and nursing staff.
