Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Knowledge of growth and development across age groups.
• Ability to assess data and determine patient needs with cultural sensitivity.
• Understanding of mental illness and chemical dependency.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services following standard social/work practice.
• Plans and conducts individual, family and/or group therapy.
• Completes Comprehensive Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan.
• Performs case management and discharge planning.
• Attends multidisciplinary meetings and integrates reports.
• Delivers ethical patient care respecting dignity and patient goals.
