Job summary

Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is seeking a Social Worker with an MSW to join our state-of-the-art hospital. The role focuses on comprehensive social assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning within an inpatient psychiatric setting.

You will lead group, family and individual therapies as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in community outreach and education initiatives. We offer earned time off, sick leave, 401K match, and a casual environment in a hospital

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited school of social work.
• Member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
• At least one year of experience in an acute behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care with advanced social assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Lead primary treatment modalities, group, family and individual therapies as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Participate in community outreach programs and foster host-facility relationships and education.
