Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility in Denison, TX, seeks a licensed clinician to conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy. The role includes discharge planning, treatment planning, and timely documentation as part of a collaborative care team.

The ideal candidate holds LMSW/LCSW/LPC licensure in Texas and has internship experience in therapy, with BLS and de‑escalation training completed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Internship including individual, group, and/or family therapy; inpatient experience preferred.
• Current Texas LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPC licensure; LCDC or LMFT a plus.
• BLS Healthcare Provider completion; Handle with Care and Verbal De‑Escalation training yearly.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop/oversee treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team; oversee discharge planning.
• Ability to work with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients; strong teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.

• Oversee discharge planning and appropriate resource utilization.
• Document services and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Engage with multidisciplinary team and supervisors as required.
• Provide case management and participate in clinical supervision.
