Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Klarman 10 unit seeks a registered nurse to provide high‑quality direct patient care in a 32‑bed surgical unit specializing in vascular, endovascular surgery and pancreatic disorders. A strong team approach supports patient safety and education.

You will assess needs, develop and execute care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients and families. Licensure and BLS are required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• License Registered Nurse required.
• American Heart Association – Basic Life Support Certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care to patients and makes necessary nursing judgments.
• Coordinates the care of patients and directs assistive personnel to provide safe, effective, patient-centered care.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and health-care staff.
• Maintains annual mandatory education requirements and pursues ongoing professional development.
