Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
• NAHUC certification encouraged.
• Nursing Assistant experience and/or 6 months of training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Acts as receptionist/secretary and supports clerical activities on the unit.
• Maintains professional, courteous environment and collaborates with staff.
• Uses hospital resources time efficiently and demonstrates professional judgment.
