Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practicing is required.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred at hire or within 6 months.
• CNOR and SGNA certifications preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and plan care.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Coordinate patient care across surgical departments.
• Provide preop, intraop, and post-op care and discharge instructions.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist during surgery.
• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Document care and patient responses accurately.
