The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The role involves leading patient assessments, supporting the surgical team, and delivering pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in a fast-paced environment.

Formal education as ADN or BSN, current RN license, and certifications (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred). Two years in Critical Care are preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred at hire.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment in the OR.
• Observe the surgery and assist to create a safe and comfortable environment for the patient.
• Coordinate the nursing care within the OR and with other care providers.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, including discharge instructions.
