Job summary

Soliant Health is hiring a clinical pharmacist for inpatient services in New Haven, Connecticut. The role encompasses pediatric and women’s health units, with duties spanning dispensing, sterile processing, and Pharmacist in Charge responsibilities as appropriate to expertise.

The position requires at least 3 years of pharmacy experience (or 2–3 years without residency), CT license (or CT temporary license within 7–10 days), and inpatient hospital exposure, with EPIC and Pyxis familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years pharmacy experience, with PGY1 residency or inpatient experience
• Valid Connecticut pharmacist license; ability to obtain CT temporary license within 7-10 days
• Experience with inpatient hospital pharmacy, preferably with pediatric and women’s health populations
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis dispensing systems
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability to work across various pharmacy functions

Responsibilities

• Valid Connecticut pharmacist license; ability to obtain a CT temporary license within 7-10 business days if not currently licensed in state
• Experience with inpatient hospital pharmacy, preferably with exposure to pediatric and women’s health populations
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability to work across various pharmacy functions

Location: New Haven, Connecticut

Shift/Hours

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts combining days and evenings
• Rotating weekend coverage required
