Qualifications

• Licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed or in process.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized speech and language treatment plans.
• Administer therapy and adjust treatment based on patient progress.
• Document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
