Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, design, and administer personalized speech-language plans to help patients overcome communication challenges in a supportive, high-impact environment.

We value CCC/LICENSURE, CPR readiness, and advanced education. This role offers growth opportunities and access to cutting-edge technology within a leading post-acute care network.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC-SLP Certification (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluating, assessing, developing and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
