Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a supportive, high-impact environment. You will develop personalized plans, document progress, and adjust therapies to maximize patient outcomes within a nationally recognized rehabilitation network.

The role demands current state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR eligibility or renewal within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required for Speech-Language Pathologist practice.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education
