Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services for inpatient referrals at Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park facilities. This per diem role requires active IL licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a Master's degree in Speech Pathology.

The position involves recording progress, supervising students, and collaborating with physicians to support patient care. CPR certification and ASHA CCC pursuit are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in IL required.
• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• CPR certification required; pursuing or holding ASHA CCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.
