Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist II for Inpatient – Days at Evanston Hospital. The role includes evaluating and treating patients referred by physicians, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and supervising students.

The position is full-time with standard hours, and travel to rotating locations is required. Applicants must hold IL licensure or be eligible, possess a Master’s in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program, and CPR certification; CCC-­SLP is

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in IL.
• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required; CCC-A/CCC-SLP in progress or achieved.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.
