Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Physical Therapist II for inpatient services at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role offers days with a 40-hour schedule, including some weekend work with a comp day.

Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for physician-referred patients, maintaining records and supporting student supervision. IL licensure eligibility and CPR certification are required, inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in IL.
• Graduation from an approved physical therapy program.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in inpatient setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.
