Job summary

UofL Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist II (Inpatient) to evaluate and treat patients referred to the facility. The role includes developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering therapy services, and coordinating comprehensive discharge planning as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities span Orthopedics, Transplants, Stroke Center, Neuroscience ICU/Critical Care and other rehab areas, with commitment to patient-centered care across inpatient services at the Louisville

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible in Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients referred to the facility.
• Develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan.
• Deliver treatment services and comprehensive discharge planning.
• Function as a team member to support department goals.
