Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an inpatient specialty area. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include documenting care, teaching patients and families, and preparing patients for discharge. NH licensure and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in New Hampshire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and develops a plan of care.
• Gathers data through history and assessment to guide interventions.
• Documents patient progress and coordinates with the care team.
