Concord Hospital Health System is seeking an Outpatient Specialty Registered Nurse (RN) for a clinical role in Concord, NH. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population within the outpatient setting, addressing multi-system needs in a safe, therapeutic environment.

The RN will use growth and development knowledge across the life span, interpret data, and collaborate with families and the care team.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• One year prior clinical nursing experience; ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Apply clinical judgment to determine nursing actions.
• Gather data from history and assessment to plan and implement interventions.
• Develop and revise plans of care; document progress toward outcomes.
• Supervise delegated nursing activities and educate patients and families.
• Manage time and resources to deliver care and administer medications.
