Qualifications

• Demonstrates communication skills to perform in a role that enhances interdisciplinary communications and cooperation.
• Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• Experience with inpatient setting preferred.
• LMSW/LCSW/LMHC License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment of all patients on assigned caseload as part of a treatment team.
• Complete psychosocial evaluation and participate in formulation of patient treatment plans.
• Maintain patient records and participate in discharge planning.
• Supervise interns as needed.
• Participate in QA and outcome measures and perform special projects.
