Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program and RI licensure.
• Between six months and one year of clinical experience in health/mental health settings.
• Analytical and therapy skills to evaluate patients, plan treatment and measure outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Complete bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and discharge.
• Develop treatment plans and initiate clinical interventions; document progress in medical records.
• Provide consultation on psychosocial functioning to medical staff and coordinate care plans.
• Participate in conferences and collaborate with care teams to improve patient flow and outcomes.
• Supervise field placements and evaluations for BSW/MSW students.
