Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. This full-time clinical role on Cape Cod requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and MA licensure, with CCC-SLP preferred.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Massachusetts License for Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed; document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about communication disorders and strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
