WestCare/TVS is seeking a Director of Inpatient Services in Miami to provide clinical and operational oversight for CSU, Detox, and Short-Term Residential programs. You will lead nursing and support teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with medical leadership to deliver safe, effective care.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and policy adherence while advancing quality improvement and patient safety across inpatient services.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in a related clinical field.
• Current Florida Registered Nurse license; APRN preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and TACT certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation for CSU, Detox and Short-Term Residential programs.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to nursing and support staff.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and documentation meets AHCA, DCF, CMS, HIPAA and CARF standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, psychiatrists and PMHNPs on patient care.
• Assign staffing, manage budget, and supervise RNs, BHTs, Discharge Planner and LPN.
