Twelve Oaks Recovery Center in Navarre, FL seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical programs and ensure top-tier patient care across detox, residential, PHP, and IOP services. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive evidence-based practice implementation, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with clinical populations in a supervisory capacity.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with CMS, CARF, and other regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to clinical teams and oversee day-to-day clinical operations.
• Oversee budget management, program development, and independent clinical decision-making.
• Ensure safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance across the continuum of care.
• Lead staff development, supervision, training, and fidelity monitoring of evidence-based practices.
